1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Surya777 (hereinafter "surya777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at surya777.cam (the "Website").

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

surya777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must update this information promptly if it changes. surya777 may rely on the information provided and will not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information supplied by you.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Only one Account is permitted per individual Player. A "Player" is identified by a unique combination of: full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, surya777 requires Players to successfully complete KYC verification. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet account, Maybank account, CIMB account) is registered in your own name.

surya777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) business hours of document submission.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

surya777 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• surya777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which surya777 accepts no liability.
• Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within minutes. FPX and bank transfer timings may vary.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations. Processing times depend on prevailing blockchain network conditions.
• surya777 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

6Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not be eligible to withdraw.
• Withdrawal methods available to a Player are determined by the deposit methods previously used. Funds must be returned to the same source where operationally possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 (or equivalent) per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's account settings.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to four (4) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes subject to network congestion.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where surya777 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, where additional verification is required, or where a Player has an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements.
• surya777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate with all reasonable requests for documentation as a condition of withdrawal processing.

7Bonuses & Promotions

surya777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, 35x on a RM100 bonus, the Player must place total bets of RM3,500 before the resultant winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• surya777 reserves the right to void any bonus and/or associated winnings where it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated play, exploitation of system errors, or placing low-risk offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts constitutes fraud.
• Unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

7.2 Minimum Deposit for Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, a minimum deposit of RM30 is required to be eligible for any standard deposit bonus. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency bonus promotions is as specified in the individual offer terms.

8Betting Rules

All bets placed on surya777 are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules and sportsbook rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. surya777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed, except in circumstances where a demonstrable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or during a live betting event, surya777 will apply the result determined at the point of documented system interruption where ascertainable, or void the bet where no fair result can be determined.
• surya777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, including where the operator identifies unusual betting patterns or suspicious market activity.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• surya777 covers major football competitions including the Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and Bundesliga, as well as UFC, basketball, and other major sports markets. Coverage and odds availability are subject to change.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the surya777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to disguise, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of crime.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

10Account Suspension & Termination

surya777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, surya777 may withhold any or all funds in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where a Player requests voluntary Account closure, their Real Money Balance will be refunded subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC compliance.

11Responsible Gambling

13Limitation of Liability

16Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Website, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
